Sorry but I think the author is conflating Maslow with Jung.

Hahaha.. dude, I think you missed the point of the ad in Figure 5. It's an ad for 'personal lubricant'.. I don't think it has much to do with 'water to convey a feeling of well-being'. Have another look at it.
