Coolpix 885 zoom range is 38mm-114mm equivalent
The Coolpix 885 has a 3X optical zomm lens which is equivalent to 38mm -114mm in the 35mm format. That means that it's zoom range is equivalent to the Coolpix 775 and slightly less than the Coolpix 995 with it's 4X optical zoom.
Nikon also supplies the rechargeable battery and charger in Europe and Canada when you buy the camera.
