There are in fact, a few other films that have a character, or characters, who are graphic designers or work in a related industry where we also see a glimpse of that industry:
Xanadu and one of its lead characters, a frustrated record album cover art designer who gets into a conflict with the studio owner
Cherish, about a girl working as a 3d animator who finds herself under house arrest for a crime she didn't committ, pursued by the real criminal
That Tim Burton film, about the animator who's characters come to life in a rather unsavory way (I forget the title)
and on, and on...

Man of the Century is a quirky 1999 film about a 1920-era newspaper reporter who lives in modern-day NYC. His clothes, habits, home, slang, etc. are completely vintage. The reactions of others are pretty funny.

How about TV programs as well?
Remember the Twilight Zone episode with Burgess Meredith, "The Printer's Devil"?
