This household of one writer, one artist unexpectedly lost its wise, bright little muse last December. You have all our sympathy. It's because cats blend so seamlessly into a studio/workspace/life that their absence is so shattering. What a lovely farewell. thanks

I lost my best buddy, C. C. about 2 and a half years ago. I then adopted Fez (after a 6 month mournig period). He would sit on my scanner and watch birds and squirrels out at the feeder. I had to give him up when we became virually homeless (we are staying with relatives) thanks to the screwy economy. Fez however, lives with my sister, who has sufficiently "rottened" him.

My heart goes out to you, Gene. Thank you for sharing something that goes right to my heart. We've lost several cats in the past five or six years, and each one has been a deep loss.
condolences

My feline Art Directors (Morty & Theo) and I are sorry for your loss.
Morty would actually prefer to type the message, but his typing ain't so good. I'm sure you understand.

Sweet Sable
That was a lovely, touching article.
At this point I can not imagine what life would be like without my own 8yr-old home desk kitty. Condolences.
Meow and Amen
A cat lover since infancy (so I'm told), a Mac user and telecommuter, my feline family members are a joy and blessing. I cheer the memory of (Figu?)
