I'd like to specify a setting such that *all* PDFs I make are commentable, without having to go back to the PDF I just created, open it, specify "Enable for Commenting" and save it. Is there a way to get Acrobat Pro to do this automatically?
hi, once i've created comments in my document i want to summarize them and list them. is there a way to number the comments and show the corresponding numbers in my comments sumary list? thanks!
I've been using Approval Manager to do this for purposes of capturing customer feedback, making changes, having a history, etc. I'd recommend it if you are interested in the comments for proofing files and maintaining that workflow.

Highlighter blocking out text
I have been attempting to use the highlighter in Adobe Acrobat 9 and all the tool does is block out the text, with the color of my choice.
I try to change oppacity, but this just causes the text to show up faintly as the highlighter color dims it out.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so is there a way to fix it?
