I have had four digital cameras, and they each provided different quality. I want to upgrade to something one might rate in the top three. Based on the technology advances, can that be determined in some way besides a "subjective" preference?
If I am willing to spend $4K-5K on a camera, should there not be a scientific eval possible that gets away from the photog magazines "blah-blah" that effectively brags on every camera and prevents us from truly knowing which is the better digital camera?
Thanks.
