I have adobe 6 'enabled',

I have adobe 6 'enabled', for a text from a publisher using pdf text edits, sticky labels, etc for correcting the proof.
How do I get a print out showing these insertions at the foot of the page, or in boxes at the side, as on screen? At the moment I can only get print out with crossings out, and the prompts for pop up boxes of text edits?
I could give my e mail address if needed for a reply

The next time you need to

The next time you need to add text to a PDF in Acrobat Pro, try the Text Box tool. It's part of the Comment group, so go to View mcitp certification Comments & Markup to access it. Unlike most of the other comment tools, text you enter in a Text Box remains visible all the time; it doesn't close up to an icon like a pop-up note. (Like all comments, though, you can choose to Hide it, which might come in handy.)
