This is a terrific article - inspired me to start using Dw templates. On my first try, I ran into a problem. When I converted sections to Editable Regions, the tabs/flags that appear actually pushed down the elements on the page -- to the point where the layout became completely messed up.
It doesn't matter on live pages, but working with the child pages within Dw is a major pain. I saw your tip on not turning an entire
into an editable region. But if you have an image placeholder that is sized to fill up a
completely, then the effect is the same.
Is this a common problem, and is there a convenient workaround besides altering the design/positioning -- like turning off the region flags?

Turn off Tabs in Template pages
Yes, you can turn off the tabs by choosing:
View -> Visual Aids and deselecting the Invisible Elements option.
