Is it out of line to point out that the hexadecimal color values used for the web *are* in RGB? They are merely described in Hexadecimal (base 16) rather than the 1-255 point scale for it's notation.

missing closing parentheses
at the .quote RGBA example it should be:
(startColorstr=#B2C8C8C8,endColorstr=#B2C8C8C8);
instead of :
(startColorstr=#B2C8C8C8,endColorstr=#B2C8C8C8;
The error appear also in your source code and without that it won't work with IE8(at least, did't test the other)
