How likely is it that asking the Association of American Publishers members to stop stealing content is going to be effective?
Perhaps PACA's efforts would be more productive if spend on working toward copyright legislation that better protects artists. How about working to criminalize theft of copyrighted material.
If someone steals my wallet they can be prosecuted. But if someone steals my work that would otherwise have put money in that wallet, there's no criminal penalty - and that's just wrong...
