Berthold continues to modernize the Berthold Exklusiv Collection with 18 families of expanded Pro glyph sets covering Microsoft codepages Western European (1252), Central European (1250), Baltic (1257) and Turkish (1254).

Among the new OpenType Pro offerings are some of Berthold's most popular including classics such as Block, Colosallis and City along with Guenter Gerhard Lange's AG Book Rounded, AG Old Face, Baskerville Book, Boulevard, Berthold Script, El Greco and Berthold Garamond; Gustav Jaeger's Aja, Bellevue, Cosmos, Daily News and Delta; Friedrich Poppl's Laudatio, Laudatio Condensed and Poppl Exquisit; Erik Spiekermann's Berliner Grotesk, Boton from Albert Boton and Hermann Zap's Comenius.

Also released is Formata Pro ExtraCondensed, a new addition from Bernd Moellenstaedt. FORMATA, originally released in 1984 is now available in an ExtraCondensed family of eight fonts. Instead of linear severity common to many sans serifs, Formata offers curved strokes and interesting details that are subtle in smaller sizes but distinguishable in larger sizes.
