Bravefont, the Movie

Type geeks, this spoof (really a promotion for the upcoming Suitcase Fusion 2 font manager from Extensis) is for you.

“In a world torn apart by so many typefaces…” So begins this goofy movie trailer for the fictitious movie Bravefont, which is actually an ad for Extensis' Suitcase Fusion 2.

The ad mixes movie genres with as much madcap glee as someone with their first copy of Microsoft Publisher mixing ten typefaces on a page.

Directed by Bauer Bodoni and starring Stone Serif (no relation), Bravefont calls to mind another recent type-related viral video, the more sophisticated Font Conference.
