Design for Print and Digital Publishing With Lucidpress
Lucid Software, makers of the popular Lucidchart web-based diagramming app, have released a new solution for creating and publishing projects to both print and digital output. Lucidpress is now in beta and is free to all users for a limited time. It is positioned as an alternative to apps that are more complex and expensive (like InDesign), or lacking in professional-quality design and layout tools (like Word).
Lucidpress features an intuitive a drag-and-drop workflow with collaborative tools for building professional-looking content for print or the web.
Users can make use of templates for both print and online formats, and easily add their own text, images, and video via Google Drive, Dropbox, Flickr, YouTube, and Facebook.
