Photographer Gep Pascual calls this shot of a Montblanc pen "My Most Treasured Gift". In sharing the photo under a Creative Commons license that allows it be used in commercial works, Pascual is also giving us a present.

The shot's restrained color palette and symmetrical composition convey elegance, an appropriate match for the subject matter.
