Badluck?

Do you believe that Friday the 13th is a bad day for everybody? In business world, many people believe that it’s not good to do business during that day, as bad luck is around. Prior to the last 200 years, there were no records of Friday the 13th superstitions, but European superstitions concerning the day of Friday, and the number 13. Both have Christian elements – Jesus was crucified on a Friday, and there were 13 apostles (counting St. Paul), though other cultures consider 13 to be a lucky number. Sometime between 1800 and 1900, these two superstitions merged, giving rise to Friday the 13th superstitions, and the consequent fast cash loans for wreaths of garlic, salt thrown other shoulders, dream catchers woven, and all kinds of other guff – over nothing at all; it's the 21st Century, people.
