axaio software, developer of solutions for PDF creation, printing and content correction workflows for Adobe InDesign and QuarkXpress environments, updates its MadeToPrint Auto and Server versions. The updates include publishing software job package and book processing features for InDesign and Illustrator, meeting needs for productivity and efficiency.

MadeToPrint is axaio's proven solution for intelligent printing and exporting for Adobe® InDesign®, Illustrator®, InCopy® or QuarkXPress®. It solves current issues by extending, enhancing and streamlining printing and output processes. Predefined jobsets (automated, scripted steps in the process) provide 'one mouse click' identical output from every workstation for increased efficiency and considerable time and cost savings.

MadeToPrint has now been optimized and new features for package and book processing have been added. Until now, creating a PDF from a package meant that each element in the package, such as files, links and fonts, had to be dropped individually into the MadeToPrint IN folder for processing. Now, the user can choose to process the whole package at once, as one job folder, eliminating all manual steps in the process.

axaio has developed a similar option for managing InDesign books, making it a breeze to process books and other long documents.

"Our goal is to bring ease-of-use and thus time-savings to output creation. It is as simple as that," says René Treuber, product manager of axaio software. "Printers and publishers face constant time and quality pressure. At axaio we are always looking to enhance the workflow in terms of productivity and efficiency, and these new features are another step in simplifying the process."
