Press Release

Zevrix Solutions announces the public beta of Package Central 1.0, a new document packaging workflow automation solution for Adobe InDesign. Originally developed for a major publisher in the United States, the software automates InDesign packaging by processing files from hotfolders. Package Central offloads packaging to a central system leaving operator workstations free from the output process.

Under Package Central workflow, production artists, prepress operators and designers simply submit files to hotfolders that reside on the network. Package Central automatically collects the files from its station using hotfolder settings, and will auto-activate document fonts as well. Operator workstations will never again be tied up by the output process.

Major Package Central features and benefits include:
* Process InDesign files from hotfolders
* Font auto-activation
* Update modified links automatically
* Variable package folder names
* Automatic e-mail notifications of process stages and errors
* Automatic error handling
* Detailed logs

Everyone who downloads Package Central public beta and registers with Zevrix Solutions can purchase Package Central with a 30% discount once it's released.

Pricing and Availability:
Package Central 1.0 public beta can be downloaded from the Zevrix website. Estimated release date - March 22, price - $499.95 (USD). Package Central is a Universal Binary and runs on Mac OS X 10.4.2-10.6.
