Hi, wasn’t able to download brush file for BOKEH brushes by ~caesar88caesar (which is really cool!)

As you’ve discovered, the usual “download” link doesn’t work for this one. To download the bokeh brushes, you have to jump through several more hoops.

Begin by looking in the “Artist’s Comments” area beneath the image of the brushes. In that box you’ll see the words “LINK DOWNLOAD [link]”. Click on that and follow directions. You’ll have to be patient and, as I said, jump through some hoops to get to the actual brushes file.

I have a question about brushes. I want to use a brush to make an element, but they seem to be so… fuzzy. if you go over them twice, they are better, but you can’t get rid of the “shadow” effect.

Is there something I need to do to it, besides erasing all the edges?

I have seen lots of neat elements made using different brushes, but i just can’t make mine stand out. Kids Avatar Costumes for this Halloween season.
