Contest participants are challenged to make the scariest, funniest, wackiest, or weirdest Halloween digital mask using Adobe® Photoshop® Elements software. Digital images should not exceed 800 pixels in width or height, whichever is longer, in a file format of JPG, GIF, or PNG no larger than 300k. All contest submissions will be emailed to Photoshop Elements Techniques newsletter using a link published off its companion website: www.photoshopelementsuser.com .
