PROOF-it-ONLINE Enhances Reviewer Interface for Online Proofing and Approval Management Solutions

PROOF-it-ONLINE, provider of interactive content approval solutions for creative and media services companies, today announced the release of an enhanced browser-based reviewer application as part of the company’s online proofing application. PROOF-it-ONLINE’s Reviewer Interface adds features and new upgrades to create an enhanced, more intuitive online proof review experience that is easy for first-time users and robust enough to support advanced users’ complex approval processes.
“By working with our customers, we’ve developed a user friendly interface that incorporates features that closely mimic the hard-proof approval process most reviewers are familiar with,” said Rob Munz, president and founder of PROOF-it-ONLINE. “Now customers have instant access to the communication and review tools they use most often. These updates solidify PROOF-it-ONLINE’s next generation Web 2.0 functionality and use today’s most current Internet technologies.”
PROOF-it-ONLINE’s fully web-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions do not require downloads, installs or software purchases. All application enhancements are available instantly at no additional cost to customers.
Building upon PROOF-it-ONLINE’s current Reviewer Interface, which gives the reviewer the ability to mark-up their proofs and approve them online, the new application features:
- Fast loading support for multiple file type review;
- Quick select markup tools;
- Annotation stamps of standard proof reader marks;
- One-step proof routing to additional reviewers or review teams;
- Ability to rotate proofs for better viewability; and
- Streamlined confirmation page that provides an “at a glance” summary of the completed review.
PROOF-it-ONLINE’s new Reviewer Interface is one part of a two-sided application that serves the creative services industry by streamlining the approval process. Creative professionals (traditional and online creatives, ad agencies, printers, graphic designers, and publishers) post files requiring review and approval to their PROOF-it-ONLINE Workspace. Then, clients are automatically notified that their proof is ready to review. They are then taken to the Reviewer Interface where they have the ability to mark-up their proof, set the approval status and return the proof to the graphic professional. PROOF-it-ONLINE tracks all changes, adding a time and date stamp to all activity and updates the approval status for real-time progress reports.
The company’s Reviewer Interface, available immediately, is fully integrated into each of the company’s proof approval management solutions. For more information, a demo or a free product trial, visit www.proofitonline.com.
