Two Compact Cameras Shoot High-Speed Stills, Slo-Mo Video
Casio's EX-FH25 can shoot stills as fast as 40 frames per second and video up to 1,000fps. The EX-FH150 can shoot stills at 30fps and video at 1,000fps. Originally introduced in Japan, the cameras are now available in the United States.

The $399 Casio Exilim EX-FH25 is a 10-megapixel camera with 20x wide zoom and 3.0-inch LCD. It's capable of a burst mode that captures up to 40 frames per second (fps) and slow-motion video up to 1,000fps.
The EX-FH25 supports a variety of file formats. Still images: RAW, JPEG, DCF1.0, and DPOF. Movies: AVI format, MotionJPEG, IMA-ADPCM (Monaural).
It has approximately 85.9MB built-in flash memory. It also supports the SD and SDHC memory cards.
The $299 Casio Exilim EX-FH150 is a smaller 10-megapixel camera with 5X zoom and a 2.7-inch LCD. It can capture up to 40 still photos per second and slow-motion video up to 1,000fps.
