nudging superiors in the right direction

I strongly agree with the article. If we as designers want to compete in the future we must keep up with the ever increasing demands of our clients. If we can't provide the services they need, they will definitely take their business elsewhere. It is our responsibility as designers to push our superiors in the right direction.
