Quark 6.5 to 8 Compatibility

Does anyone know of an extension that will allow Quark 6.5 to read Quark 8 files on Windows XP, I had found one for Macs, but unfortunately we work in a PC format. We have an off-site office that works on a military base, and we where required to upgrade to Vista on their machines, for security purposes. Because of this we had to upgrade to Quark 8 on their machines. Our problem lies here...our main offices utilize Quark 6.5 very extensively, only becuase our APT software is only compaible with the 6.5 version. So upgrading to Vista and 8 are not a doable solution.
