I agree that we (designers) need to learn not only programs like Illustrator and Quark, but also web design programs like Dreamweaver. This would not only be VERY beneficial for us as a group but also more companies are starting to hire designers who know how to do both print and web design. They don't want to pay two salaries when they can hire someone to do both.
