For me personally, all are organized in Adobe Photoshop Album, will later archive on DVD. I throw out any that I really don't like. Any that I choose to share I upload to Flickr. Although not a pro I take a LOT of pictures. I decided to purchase the "pro" upgrade on Flickr just so I can share a lot more.
