Thomas, I would get a stock picture of lips from the internet, place it in illustrator, then live trace it to give you some real lip vector shapes to work with. Start with either top or bottom lip - Type your text and broadly align it within the shape of a lip. Dont worry if it overlaps. Create outlines from this text - make a copy first!
Device Central

Hi there, I have Adobe Web Premium CS3 installed. I decided recently to have a look at Device Central to see what it does but an error comes up when it starts and the program closes - 'Licensing has expired... I found this link http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb401528&sliceId=2 and I have followed all of the different fixes but it still won't work. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or even using device central? Many thanks Paul Keane graphics-it.com

Its pretty straightforward to create all sorts of rollover effects with CSS but I would need more information than you have provided above to answer your question. I cant open this pdf despite several attempts in both browser window and via download.
