No Sympathy for Microsoft

I believe the article's author misunderstands the purpose of busting Microsoft's monopoly. The inclusion of Internet Explorer (IE) as an integrated part of Windows creates an unfair situation where Netscape's browser can't compete even if it has better features. Microsoft has leveraged its position as publisher of the dominant operating system to build marketshare for IE.
