Think I stumbled onto why this happens. It all has to do with how you open InDesign. If you double-click on a file to launch the program, you get this buggy behavior. However, if you launch the application first (by just double-clicking it's icon) then all is as it should be. Born to Design web www.born-to-design.com blog www.born-to-design.typepadcom
