Many times web sites are put together without much thought on whether or not it fits the theme of the person, product, or comany that is being represented on the web. Like the White House website, it has bells and whistles everywhere, yet it just doesn't fit with the idea that this is our government. It has perhaps the most resources when it comes to creating a decent website.
