While I rarely like logos that don't seem to have a good black & white vector option, I think when it comes to branding a website, you can get away with it. Not my favorite logo, but then again I'm not the target market, and it does seem to fit the beauty/fashion world to me. Kinda reminds me of a shampoo brand, or at least something you'd find in a fashion magazine.
