Like the product but product support stinks

I ran all the plugins wonderfully on Windows 98 SE but now on XP, they don't work when I'm logged in to our network but they work fine when I'm logged in as administrator. AutoFX support said not enough RAM. My Ram increased from 512 MBs to 1 GB. Then I get told, they weren't made for Photoshop 7. They worked fine in Photoshop 7 on Windows 98 SE.
