As Printedinchinaonline.com explained, pdf is the best format, smaller file, good quality, no fonts problem... like 200 pages full color catalog, just about 400M, that's no problem to send via interenet.

I like to open PDF with FoxitReader - it's very small and simple application and it's Free to use.
