"It depends" isn't wishy washy -- necessarily
I would probably accept some jobs that contradict some of my beliefs. It would depend on the degree to which I disagree with the thing being promoted, and whether I thought the thing being promoted was harmful to others.

contradicting vs harmful
I've always said I wouldn't do things that I don't agree with, such as advertisements that promote smoking or are X-rated in nature. I do feel there is a gray area, such as religious promotions that I might be willing to do, even if it wasn't necessarily mine. I would rather promote something that would have a good outcome then a possible scam, etc.
maybe... especially when money is not flowing
I would love to say NO WAY would I ever take a job that I disagreed with but that's not the case. Nowadays, I would consider every job. If I were in a position where the bottom line wasn't so important, then absolutely, I would turn down jobs. But some of us can't be that choosy in these tumultuous financial times. Sad to say, but true.
NO WAY.....Unless.....
For me, the line is no way on anthing racially motivated, bigoted, or biased against a race, religion or lifestyle choice. For me, that is human ignorance. But, on the other side of that old coin, I have no problem with something for a liquor company, risque material, violent film, hardcore music, etc. That is a choice, and one, in my opinion, that is not directed at someone or a group, intent on harm because of WHO they are, or what they believe in. The other stuff? Not really a big deal. But, my "offensive meter" rarely tops out.
I'm with maybe...
I agree with maybe. I do have personal ethical standards, and if you cross those lines, (like porn or hate speech) no way. But others may relate to a perception of 'badness' (like liquor and cigarettes) but I don't find offensive, I would take it.
