The Lens Blur filter in Photoshop CS lets you add selective focus to an image to create interesting visual effects. Much like with a traditional camera, you can use it to create depth of field in an image.
The Lens Blur filter palette lets you experiment with different settings and see the results interactively before committing to an effect.

I am a visual person and have a visual memory.
Going through the exercise visually, I will remember it. Please do more of it!

The idea of video training is very good. But I never use anything except Microsoft Viewer--because any other one interferes with my WinXP. Also if it were a zip file it would down load faster. Many forums use zip for files much larger than 9.5. So I think you should rethink the format.
9.5 mb file --- kinda big
The Quicktime file is kind of large. Too large. Oh well.
