Is it possible to do search, and highlight all the results? Not just temporarily but to actually highlight them so I can print the doc and they will be highlighted in yellow?
Printing PDF Portfolios
Written by jael dunn on July 6, 2011
We've upgraded to Acrobat X but we've discovered that PDF Portfolios just ain't what they used to be. So we installed Acrobat Pro 9 on another PC in order to create user-friendly portfolios in with the list view to the left. However, we've had an ongoing issue with Acrobat since we upgraded to 9: printing the portfolios. Opening in IE, Safari, Firefox, or Opera, Reader 9 or X, Pro 9 or X, selecting all the PDFs in the list, changing views, selecting print all or current files still only prints the PDF file I'm on. Where did that darn "print all PDFs" option go from the Print dialogue?

Adobe Form Fields for Adobe Reader Users
Written by dstarnes on June 25, 2008
The Challenge:
I have been asked as to create variable data documents in Acrobat Pro that would allow Adobe Reader users to fill designated fields with promotional material to send out to customers. The fields must be able to be editable and saved by Adobe Reader authors and distributed to Adobe Reader Clients who will not be able to edit the authors fields.
The Question:
Links in PDFs
Written by Liz Manning on March 21, 2008
Am I crazy or is it impossible to copy a link and paste it on another page in a pdf? I've created two links on a page in this pdf. (This pdf is a portfolio so each page has a different image but the info copy is the same from page to page.)
I finally found a way to copy a link (select the linked copy, then control click on a mac). But I can't find a way to paste it. Would love to be able to do this for the remaining 20 pages or so.
If no paste option, is there a way to adjust a doc's preferences so that a link that you insert on one page appears on the other pages.
(sigh)
Have you used Acrobat for interactive PDFs?
Written by Terri Stone on February 27, 2008
Hi all,
I'm wondering if you've created interactive PDFs, and if so, what your experience was like. We may publish an article on the topic. (Don't worry, I won't mention you if you don't want to go public!)
Thanks,
Terri
