I need to update my digital point & shoot camera but am not sure which one to get. I know that I want a Nikon since my SLR is a Nikon, but they make several point & shoots. Anyone have any suggestions as to which one I should buy?

I own a Nikon D5000 and all my pictures come out very saturated. I spend WAY too much time in Photoshop afterwards adjusting and removing the yellow saturation in my photos. I've tried looking through my menu to see if there was a setting to change the saturation or color levels but I can't seem to find anything. Anyone know how I can set my camera to capture the exact color of the scene I'm shooting?

I bought an E-500 a year ago and now my standard exposure setting is causing the pictures to have a blue cast to them. All of the specific modes are fine. Any thoughts?
