What are people charging to build facebook fan pages for their clients?

Just wondering what others may be charging for digital display creation. I am working with keynote to produce shows for a client and now adding slides for their advertisers, who will be billed separately. Since this evolved from another job, the original client pays the same rate for web, print, etc. so I haven't researched this. I'm sure it is influenced by many factors but am curious about the range...

I'm curious to know thoughts on how to meet the small budget demands of potential clients without feeling as if you are doing it for free? Without having the confidence in a strong portfolio, I feel as if I need to say yes to whatever budget they have just to get the job. And at the same time, I feel as if I am ruining the industry by not having competitive rates. I guess this is how much is one worth.

How do you determine your value?
