    Hi
I would like to download the template but the link does not appear (I am logged in).
Would you send me the link? Thank you
    Graham

  • Mike Rankin says:

Hi Graham- The link appears to be working correctly. You must be a Premium subscriber to see it. If you’re not, now is a great time to join with a 50% off deal through Monday November 26. Use the code CYBER2018

  • Link not there, logged in.

  • Charles Brazik says:

I’m OK. Login failed due to wrong password.

  • Herbert Reininger says:

Logged in, but link doesn’t show.

    • Anne-Marie Concepcion says:

Herbert, are you a Premium subscriber? It’s possible you’re logged in as a Free member, and you wouldn’t see the link in that case.

      • Herbert says:

Thank you for this hint Anne-Marie. I may have a dual membership, but I can’t remember which login is for which membership. I know I have paid regularly since quite some time. I asked for a password reset, and I’m now waiting for that email confirmation.

  • Anne-Marie Concepcion says:

Herbert, sure, that does happen with some subscribers (me too, on other sites! lol). You can always email support@indesignsecrets.com and our customer service team (Sasha and Melissa) can help straighten things out for you.
